In the latest Call of Duty DLC 2 expansion pack, players can venture not just into two or three multiplayer maps, for Black Ops Eclipse is packed with four multiplayer maps: Knockout, Spire, Rift, and Verge.
Based on the outline presented by Express UK, each of the four Eclipse maps stipulated above has its own distinct environment. The Knockout map is a combination of Oriental and retro twist set in a traditional Shaolin Temple, which would include Kung Fu tournament. On the other hand, the rest of the maps are set in a more futuristic environment, where players may enjoy mid-range combat and post-apocalyptic action.
Apart from the map pack updates and new surroundings in the Call of Duty Eclipse, bugs were likewise fixed. Under general gameplay, issues with HG 40 were addressed, and the firing rate of some weapons was also fixed. Concerns about BlackCell projectile were also dealt with in the said update, allowing the proper impact of UAVs.
Though Eclipse update has arrived for PS4, Call of Duty gamers under Xbox One & PC platforms are still looking forward to the release date of the Black Ops 3 Eclipse. According to Sportsrageous, it was previously speculated that the release of DLC Map Pack 2 on Xbox One & PC would be next month, May 5.
But since the previous prediction for PS4 Eclipse was on April 5, and it arrived April 19, it can be surmised that the release date for Xbox One and PC user would likely be in the latter part of May, similar to the PS4 release.
Since their is no certainty with the release date, it would be better for other platform gamers to relax and gear up while waiting for the Xbox and PC Call of Duty Black Ops DLC 2 map pack.
