Aging is inevitable, however, Dr. Gary Small, a professor of psychiatry at the UCLA Semel Institute,US revealed secret formulas to slow down aging.

Small mentioned that to slow down aging process, he recommended a meal plan called Mediterranean Diet. This type of diet is essential in protecting a person’s heart, controls body weight and is good for the brain.
Mediterranean Diet includes, fruits like berries and raisins, vegetables such as spinach and broccoli. These are rich in antioxidants which main function is to slow down aging. Also, foods rich in omega-3 fats like fish and walnuts are good sources, healthy proteins found in chicken breast, fish, and low-fat yogurt, finally whole grains like brown rice and oatmeal.
