Gwen Stefani Is Not Pregnant, No Blake Shelton Baby On The Way [Debunked]

Gwen Stefani is not having a baby. On the cover of the latest issue of Life & Stye magazine, a headline reads, “They’re Having A Baby,” and above the announcement, a photo of a smiling Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton is seen. However, as Gossip Cop has since revealed, Gwen Stefani is not currently pregnant with her fourth child. “It’s a girl!” the incorrect insider revealed, via a report by Gossip Cop on December 28. Another headline further proclaimed, “The Wedding Is Off — But There’s A Baby On The Way!” According to the fake source, Gwen Shelton and Blake Stefani “have happy family news to share,” but further in the article, the outlet seemingly changes its pregnancy story and reveals that Gwen Stefani is not yet pregnant. Instead, the source revealed, she is simply talking with Blake Shelton about using a surrogate or adopting a child if she is unable to get pregnant through in-vitro fertilization first. [Image by Larry Busacca/Getty Images] The insider further claimed that as Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton allegedly weigh their options for a possible baby, they’ve decided to “call off” their never-confirmed wedding plans. As the source told readers, Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are concentrating “on having a baby.” “[Gwen Stefani] knows that, with her age, time is ticking and a baby should come first — they can marry whenever. Blake agrees,” the alleged insider explained. So, Gwen Stefani is “already undergoing IVF” and hoping for a girl, who she could potentially name “Lily” or “Dorothy.” Meanwhile, continued the incorrect insider, Gwen Stefani’s sons “won’t stop talking about how they are going to be big brothers. They keep begging Mom to have the baby already.” Gwen Stefani has 3 sons from her marriage to Gavin Rossdale, which came to an abrupt end last year, reportedly due to the Bush singer’s alleged affair with their former nanny. As for Shelton, he doesn’t yet have children of his own, despite being married twice. Although Life & Style magazine claimed that “priority no. 1” for the couple was a “mini-Gwake,” Gossip Cop has confirmed that Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are actually focused on keeping their current dynamic as is. [Image by Rachel Murray/Getty Images] Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton began dating one another as they filmed the ninth season of The Voice. In the months that led up to production on the season, which aired last fall, both Stefani and Shelton were involved in highly publicized divorces. Just weeks after Shelton revealed that he and Miranda Lambert had parted ways after just 4 years of marriage, Gwen Stefani filed for divorce from Rossdale after 13 years of marriage. Months later, an Us Weekly report claimed Rossdale had allegedly engaged in a 3-year affair with Mindy Mann, who was caring for their children at the time. As a source revealed, Gwen Stefani was mortified, livid and embarrassed by her husband’s alleged affair with Mann, which was believed to have overlapped with her third pregnancy. Still, after she confronted Rossdale with shocking evidence on their family’s iPad, which included nude photos and plans to meet for , she was allegedly told that the interaction was nothing more than flirtation and attempted to work through their issues for months. While Gwen Stefani went through an understandably rough time after her split from Rossdale, she ultimately found a shoulder to lean on in the form of a friendship with Shelton, which ultimately turned romantic. Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton will reunite on the set of The Voice with their co-stars, Alicia Keys and Adam Levine, in the coming weeks for the upcoming 12th season of the series, which will premiere on Monday, February 27, at 8 p.m. on NBC. Kanye West And Kim Kardashian Quash Divorce Rumors With Family Photo On Christmas Day [Debunked]

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian have been the subject of divorce rumors for some time now, which stems from the personal struggles each has been dealing with. Kim has been struggling with anxiety and trauma on account of her Paris robbery in early October while Kanye was hospitalized in November due to exhaustion and mental health issues. But the “Famous” rapper and the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star apparently debunked the divorce rumors by posing for a photo with their two children, North, 3, and Saint, 1. West went on Twitter on Tuesday to share the family photo, which was taken at Kris Jenner’s annual Christmas Eve party. “Happy Holidays,” he wrote as a caption. Kim, however, admits that it has been a tough 12 months for her and Kanye. Still, she insists that they they have never considered or talked about divorce. “They are still a couple” source told New York Post‘s “Page Six” on Tuesday “There’s no discussion of a separation or a divorce. “But they have absolutely had a tough year. They’ve been through a lot.” Kim Kardashian, who hasn’t published a single tweet since the Paris robbery, seems to be back to her old dashing self in the family photo shared by husband Kanye, baring her cleavage in a gorgeous gold flounce dress. Daily Mail later reported that West wasn’t at the party earlier in the evening because he had gone to watch a movie with a friend. As for Kardashian not wearing her wedding ring, insiders pointed out that it’s to be expected since the reality star is no longer wearing expensive jewelry since her traumatic robbery in Paris in October. In fact, famous celebrity blogger Perez Hilton predicts that Kanye West and Kim Kardashian will have a divorce in 2017, as reported by The Sun. With Hilton’s reputation as one of the most connected men in Hollywood since he launched his blog in 2011, it’s not surprising that his take on the relationship is being taken seriously by many news outlets. “There is definitely trouble in Kardashian-West land. “I’m not very optimistic… if I look into my mirror ball of predictions I would say that at some time in 2017 Kim and Kanye will be getting divorced.” Perez also talked about Kim and Kanye’s current efforts to save their marriage. “The very latest is that they have entered couple therapy and I hope he’s also getting his own therapy. “He is under the care of doctors but in America they over prescribed – he may just be getting medication. “It’s clear that he needs a lot of help.” Perez Hilton used to be good friends with Kim Kardashian, but their friendship turned sour back in 2015 after the celebrity blogger decided to ban the entire Kardashian family from his blog for one full week. The decision also urged Kim to unfollow Hilton in her social media accounts. Do you think Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are headed for a divorce in 2017? Kanye West Was Not Banned From Kim Kardashian's Christmas Party [Debunked]

Kanye West was not banned from attending Kim Kardashian’s Christmas party. This particular rumor was started by the Sun. “Kim ordered husband Kanye to stay away from her family’s traditional Christmas Eve bash, friends revealed last night. Her wedding finger was bare on Saturday night as she partied with her mum and sisters at their annual festive gathering in LA. Troubled rapper Kanye, 39, instead went to the cinema with friends.” The article adds that Kanye defied Kim’s warning and made a late appearance at the event. Many of the commenters after the article don’t appear to be fans of either Kim or Kanye. “A creepy, pathetic bunch of attention seeking gold diggers,” wrote John Mcneil. “Really. WHO CARES? Stop putting these two all over the news. All they are known for it being all over the news. ENOUGH ALREADY,” stated Markey Farrell. Radar Online reported that he had bailed on Kim Kardashian after she tried to cover up divorce drama. “Kim loves Kanye, but if he isn’t going to change, that is really upsetting to her,” claimed a source. According to the article, insiders told Radar Online that Kim is at the end of her rope in deciding what to do about Kanye. She allegedly thought that Kanye going to New York to meet Donald Trump was the worst thing he had ever done. As a last option, Kimye were allegedly seeking marriage counseling, but it doesn’t seem that the commenters after the article were worried about Kanye West and Kim Kardashian’s marriage. “Are they aware that they are the most mocked and hated family in the world?” asked one commenter. “All of this is so old news. We’re told it’s absurd,” wrote columnist Michael Lewittes, adding that the site has consistently spread rumors about a Kimye divorce without having actual facts to back themselves up. In other Kanye West news, his 2016 album Life of Pablo has ended up on several best-of lists. The Daily Dot claims Kanye’s latest is the best album of 2016. “While your timeline was busy complaining about Kim Kardashian’s unhinged husband, you may have missed the actual music. Pablo burns the candle at both ends like the kind of mixtape rap fans used to buy out of trunks when there was no Tidal; it’s joyful, inspiring, narcissistic, beautifully curated, and expertly sourced.” The article goes on to call Life of Pablo rap’s Abbey Road and a blender of pop ideas that don’t need more than two minutes to land. No, New Study Does Not Show 'Black Police Officers Are More Likely To Kill Black Suspects' [Debunked]

A claim in articles published recently on multiple conservative blogs and new sites that a new study shows black police officers are more likely to kill black suspects has sparked online controversy, pitting opponents of the Black Lives Movement against supporters. The furor generated by the articles, published on Western Journalism and The Washington Times, caused online fact-checkers to look at the study and question the representation of its conclusions in some articles published online. Western Journalism published a piece on December 8, 2016, with the provocative headline, “This Blows The Lid off Massive Off Black Lives Matter Lie – They Didn’t See This Truth Train Coming.” The article claimed that a new study by crime research experts showed that black police officers were more likely to kill black suspects than white police officers. On November 15, 2016, two researchers, John R. Lott Jr., at the Crime Prevention Research Center, (CPRC) and Carlisle E. Moody, an economist at the College of William and Mary, published a study that sought to answer the question, “Do White Police Officers Unfairly Target Black Suspects?” Western Journalism claimed that the study found that “a black suspect is much more likely to be shot to death by a black cop than by a white one.” According to the blog, the shocking conclusion of the study could be the reason why the mainstream media ignored it. The Washington Times also published a report on the same study under the headline, “Black suspects more at risk from black cops — Study upends narrative of racist white officers.” “When violent crime rate or demographics… are accounted for… white officers are not more likely to kill a black suspect.” White police officers are not more likely to kill a black suspect, study concludes [Image by ChameleonsEye/Shutterstock] The online fact-checker Snopes accused Western Journalism of cherry-picking. Snopes pointed out correctly that contrary to the claim by Western Journalism that “a study of almost 2,700 fatal shootings… found that a black suspect is much more likely to be shot to death by a black cop than by a white one,” the study authors concluded that available data was insufficient to reach a conclusion whether black officers were more likely to kill blacks suspects. Snopes noted that the study authors said that there was insufficient data about the race of police officers involved in deaths of black suspects in the period 2013-2015. In the majority of documented cases, the race of the officer who caused the death was unknown. The authors, however, noted that in one data set where the race of officers was indicated, black police officers were found to be more likely to kill black suspects. But in the “Results” section of the study, the authors acknowledged that a number of factors might have skewed the data. The study by Lott and Moody was based on data consisting of a total of 2,699 police killings for the years 2013 to 2015. The figure of 2,699 police killings, according to the study authors, was about 1,333 more killings than documented on the FBI database. The researchers said that because of the inadequacy of FBI data, they had to rely on media sources that maintain a comprehensive database on police killings, such as The Washington Post’s “Fatal Force” database of national police shootings, and a database called “Fatal Encounters,” maintained by journalist Brian Burghart, that tracks in-custody deaths. But the media databases often failed to indicate the race of officers involved in killings. The study authors noted, for instance, that data obtained from media sources gave no information about the ethnicity of the officer involved in 67 percent of the fatal cases. Due to the fact that the relevant FBI data were incomplete and the data obtained from media sources often failed to mention the race of the police officer involved in a killing, the researchers were forced to compile the data they needed by searching through media reports and matching names of officers with police department photos or through Freedom of Information Act requests. Data compiled by the researchers showed that out of 2,699 police officer-involved killings, 25 percent of the suspects killed were black, 45 percent white and 16 percent Hispanic. The balance of 14 percent was made up of Asians, American Indians and other groups. Of the data set where the officers’ race was indicated, 29 percent were white, 2 percent black and 2 percent Hispanic. The racial identity of the balance of 67 percent was unknown. However, the purpose of the study was not to find out whether black officers were more likely to kill black suspects but whether white police officers were more likely to kill black suspects. And with regard to the question whether white police officers were more likely to kill black suspects, the study reached a firm conclusion that available data show that white officers were not “significantly more likely to kill a black suspect.” “The bottom line, at the very least is, white officers aren’t shooting black suspects at a higher rate than other officers are.” White police officers are not more likely to kill black suspects than police officers of other racial identities, new study concludes [Image by John Roman Images/Shutterstock] “When either the violent crime rate or the demographics of a city are accounted for, we find that white police officers are not significantly more likely to kill a black suspect,” the study authors concluded. However, media reports appeared to ignore the actual purpose and conclusion of the study and focused instead on whether the study concluded that black police officers were more likely to kill black suspects than white police officers. But contrary to the claims by Western Journalism and The Washington Times, the study did not conclude that black police officers were more likely to kill black suspects. Rather, the authors stated in the “summary and conclusion” section of their study that because most of the data did not indicate the race of the officer there was insufficient evidence to conclude that there was a “statistically significant difference between killings of black suspects by black and white officers.” “Unknown race officers do not kill black suspects at a different rate than white officers. Given that this unknown group likely contains a greater share of black officers than their share of all police officers, the result that unknown officers are less likely to kill black suspects than whites raises caution concerning any conclusions that black officers kill black suspects at a higher rate than other officers.” Snopes also cited Nick Selby, author of “In Context: Understanding Police Killings of Unarmed Civilians,” who agreed that the available data was insufficient to conclude that black officers were more likely to kill black suspects. He also agreed with Lott and his colleague that available data also offer no evidence that white officers were more likely to kill black suspects than police officers of other racial identities. John Amos Death Hoax Story Gets 120,000 Views And 115,000 Facebook Shares For Fake Article [Debunked]

With so many celebrity deaths making the news in 2016, apparently, a fake news creator thought John Amos would make a great celebrity death hoax victim. According to Snopes, John was killed off by a fake news article, but Amos is not dead despite what Headline News (not HLN) reported. As seen on the screenshot of the fake article that was published on Wednesday, December 28, the headline claimed “John Amos Dead at 77.” The article went on to claim Amos had died as a 77-year-old, and called John “she” instead of “he.” “John Amos, the actor best known as Good Times’ James Evans, has died after suffering a heart attack. She [sic] was 77.” The screenshot also revealed that the hoax death story received 119,900 views. John made a good celebrity death hoax victim because many people still remember Amos from his role as James Evans, the patriarch who was a no-nonsense type of father. During his reign on the 1970s television series Good Times, Amos was remembered for his mean-looking “mug” as John would flash his silly TV son “J.J.” a mean sneer when he acted up. In fact, Amos portrayed a man who would sneer at just about anyone, even when he was happy. “I love my work and am grateful to God to have a profession that brings joy to so many.” ~#JohnAmos pic.twitter.com/vvuX21Oi9r — Movie Buff (@MovieBAnonymous) December 27, 2016 As of this writing, a search for “John Amos” on Facebook shows that the fake news story titled “John Amos Dead at 77” is still in the top position under “News” reports on Facebook and has gotten more than 115,000 shares on Facebook. That fact alone proves that Facebook still has a long way to go in order to avoid fake news stories containing celebrity death hoaxes from being ranked highly on Facebook. “‘He was loved by the world and she [sic] will be missed profoundly,’ says Lourd, 24. ‘Our entire family thanks you for your thoughts and prayers.’ headlinennews.com” With Amos recently in the news because he turned 77 years of age on December 27, John was an easy target for a celebrity death hoax. According to NJ.com, Amos was also in the news quite a bit lately because of John putting his home up for sale. Originally from Newark and East Orange, Amos put up his house for $429,000. The house was purchased in 1990, and it is located in a wooded area of Tewksbury Township, nestled within four acres of woods, according to the Trulia listing of the house. Happy Birthday, John Amos! “See, they’re McDonalds… I’m McDowells! pic.twitter.com/i9ZXdyR4F2 — Steven James (@TheLaunchMag) December 27, 2016 Amos does not reportedly live in the home that’s up for sale as John resides in Baja California. John was best known for his TV role, but he was also a star of Roots, having played the adult version of Kunta Kinte. Amos is still a working actor, having appeared in The Ranch, a comedy on Netflix. John’s role in Good Times ended when he was killed off in a work accident, which led to his TV wife Esther Rolle’s famous “Damn, damn, damn!” scene that’s often quoted to this day. Meanwhile, Monica J. McKnight, the manager of Amos, took to Facebook to debunk the death hoax. “It is unfortunate that people resort to such vile behavior as to falsely report that someone has died on social media. Rest assured that John Amos is alive and well. He will address you all here on his Facebook Page personally very soon. Thank you for your concern! -Monica J. McKnight -JA Brand Manager.” Some of the reactions to the death hoax from social media can be read on Amos’ official Facebook page. Amos can be seen in the top photo above, as John posed for a photo shoot to promote Roots: The Complete Original Series, which was released on Blu-ray earlier this year. Jennifer Aniston And Justin Theroux Rumored To Put Divorce On Hold [Debunked]

Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux have become the latest couple in the battle of divorce rumors. The latest rumor is that they are putting their divorce on hold. This is according to the latest print edition of In Touch. Gossip Cop summarizes their story. “It’s alleged in the new issue of In Touch, ‘After months apart, Jennifer Aniston gives Justin Theroux another chance as he returns home to save their marriage.’ According to the magazine, now that they’ve spent the holidays together, the actress has ‘hope’ for the future of their relationship. A so-called “friend” allegedly sad that Justin appeared just as overjoyed to see her as she was to see him. However, as Gossip Cop notes, this story appears to be completely fabricated. Gossip Cop, however, can expose what’s really going on,” says columnist Shari Weiss, who adds that Aniston and Theroux were never divorcing, so there is no divorce to suddenly call off. Just a couple weeks before, Life & Style were declaring that the divorce was going to take place over the holidays. Gossip Cop summarized the cover story that appeared on the print edition of the tabloid. “According to Life & Style, Theroux and Aniston have been fighting over a myriad of issues, including disagreements over starting a family, his friendships with other women and spending time apart.” A mysterious “source” allegedly told the magazine that there will be a divorce announcement by the end of the year, and it was going to be Aniston’s worst Christmas ever. However, Gossip Cop called the story an absolute lie. “Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux are NOT divorcing over the holidays, despite a completely fabricated tabloid cover story. Gossip Cop can exclusively correct this claim. We’re told it’s false,” claimed columnist Andrew Shuster, who was obviously right since it is after Christmas and the couple are still together. However, the talk of a Jennifer Aniston/Justin Theroux divorce is still a hot topic on Twitter. My girl Jennifer Aniston with the divorce ?! In July, she wrote an op-ed at the Huffington Post about the topic. “For the record, I am not pregnant. What I am is fed up. I’m fed up with the sport-like scrutiny and body shaming that occurs daily under the guise of journalism, the First Amendment, and celebrity news,” Aniston wrote, adding that the way she is portrayed by the media is simply a reflection of how we see and portray women in general, measured against an unrealistic standard of beauty. In 2016, Aniston took on the tabloids. Jennifer Aniston Not Divorcing Justin Theorux Because He's An 'Absentee Husband'

Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux are again embroiled in divorce reports because the actress is allegedly tired of having an “absentee husband.” Several publications including In Touch and Life and Style suggest that the couple’s marriage is crumbling because the Cake star is reportedly tired of being the second priority. After months of being away from each other, Justin allegedly returned home in a bid to save their union. The couple dedicated the holidays to having quality time which reportedly thrilled Jennifer and made her determined to give her husband another chance to recommit because “she can’t imagine going through the pain of another high-profile divorce.” “She explained that she was tired of having an absentee husband. She really had it out with him during a days-long conversation. She was alternating between anger and tears,” previously claimed a source via IB Times. [Image by Chris Pizzello/AP Images] However, Gossip Cop brushed off the dubious reports claiming that Jennifer will soon pull the plug on her marriage. The website already busted several reports this month alleging that the Friends actress is merely putting the divorce on hold for she wanted to see if Justin would still change and behave like a married man. These tabloids suggest that Justin shouldn’t be complacent because Jennifer is still prepared to end their marriage if he will stray from his best behavior. Regardless of the rumors about Jennifer and Justin, the two appear to have a harmonious marriage. The Mother’s Day star even gushed about her husband a few weeks ago when she appeared on Netflix’s Chelsea. With Justin’s busy filming schedule, Jennifer was disappointed that it would be their first Thanksgiving Day apart, but then he walked in and surprised his wife with a matching turkey. She thought Justin was still stuck in Germany and when visitors came to their house, the atmosphere turned from merry to somber. It didn’t last for too long because Justin arrived just in time for their Thanksgiving dinner. [Image by Andrew Toth/Getty Images] Jennifer and Justin remain hush about the divorce allegations although earlier this year, the We’re the Millers actress published a piece, “For the Record,” via The Huffington Post about the ruthless tabloid culture. “For the record, I am not pregnant. What I am is fed up. I’m fed up with the sport-like scrutiny and body shaming that occurs daily under the guise of ‘journalism,’ the ‘First Amendment’ and ‘celebrity news,’” she wrote. She previously told Ellen DeGeneres in her show that she was exhausted of how the press would shame her for mundane things such as her body and her not being a mother. When she wrote the piece, she said she was feeling “pretty raw” because her mother just died and the first thing she saw after her vacation was a magazine headline pointing out her stomach. “I was just fed up with it. And I think these tabloids, all of us, need to take responsibility on what we ingest into our brains. Just because we are women, we have a uterus, we have a vagina, we have ovaries, we need to like, ‘Get to work, lady!’ We, as women, do a lot of incredible things in this world other than just procreate—and not that that is not. But it’s like, we just get boxed in.” Jennifer also expressed disbelief that many of the “horrible articles” attacking her were penned by fellow women. She urged women to stop hating on their sisters and instead use their voices to build up others. “We have to stop listening to them and we have to stop buying them because we have to support each other, especially at this time, to love each other, to support, and to be proud of women, of whatever your choice is in life,” she said. “It’s up to us what makes us happy and fulfilled.” Even Justin once talked to Vanity Fair about the tabloid’s tirades against Jennifer. He believes that there are far more significant things in the world that require attention other than Jennifer. Although Jennifer and Justin have been happily married since last year, reports linking the Horrible Bosses star to Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s high-profile divorce have re-emerged. Nevertheless, the Girl on the Train actor is a huge fan of his marriage to Jennifer. He previously said that their marriage works simply because they “appreciate each other’s sense of humor” and “respect one another.” [Featured Image by Evan Agostini/Invision/AP Images]
